Ichika Grover

Ichika Grover is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience across healthcare M&A, corporate governance, NCLT-led mergers, and high-stakes litigation. She specialises in navigating complex healthcare regulatory frameworks, including clinical establishment licensing, statutory medical compliances, PCPNDT and ART regulations, labour laws, and biomedical safety standards.

Before joining Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), Ichika worked with leading organisations including Fortis Healthcare and DCM Ltd. She also brings extensive experience in advocacy before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, with a strong understanding of complex legal and regulatory matters.

At AHH, she serves as General Counsel, overseeing the legal function across the group’s three brands: Motherhood Hospitals in women’s and children’s care, Nova IVF Fertility in fertility and reproductive medicine, and the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU) in kidney and urological care.

Ichika holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi.
