Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma is a seasoned people and HR leader with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, retail, financial services, and banking. He brings extensive expertise in people strategy, organisational transformation, talent management, and building high-performing teams across complex and fast-scaling organisations.

Before joining Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), Amit held senior HR leadership roles at leading organisations including Wildcraft India and Café Coffee Day, where he served as Head of HR, as well as zonal HR leadership roles at Future Axiom and Barclays. Across his career, he has led large-scale organisational transformation and built people functions that align workforce capability with business growth.

At AHH, he serves as Chief People Officer, spearheading the overarching people strategy across the group’s three brands: Motherhood Hospitals in women’s and children’s care, Nova IVF Fertility in fertility and reproductive medicine, and the Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU) in kidney and urological care.

Amit holds an MBA from M P Birla Institute of Management, Bangalore.
